After bringing the boy to one of the two rooms set up as a base for this rescue operation of sorts, he set him down gently in a chair. It took some effort for him to leave Luke like that, even for a second. He wanted to stay and comfort him, make sure he was alright. But he already knew he was injured, that was obvious, so that really needed to be taken care of first.
Thankfully, it wasn't as if he really had to let Luke out of his sight for too long, the supplies he needed were in the room. He rummaged through a cabinet trying to think how much of anything he might need. A Hi Potion would probably be enough for now, he could always grab another once Luke finished with the first, if it was necessary. He was so small though, it might be more than enough.
Taking the bottle in hand, he walked back over to the chair he'd left Luke at and knelt down again on the carpet in front of him so he could address him more easily. "I'm sorry, you're the first person from another world besides me and my friends that I've seen today. My friends are keeping a lookout too, though. If they find them, I'm sure they'll bring them here."
Though his eyes showed his sadness at the boy's predicament, a sincere and reassuring smile spread over his lips. He knew what it was like to be separated from friends, in a strange place. And Luke, hurt and confused but still desperately questioning about his friends, seemed just as determined to find them as Sora had been. That was good. It meant that it was just as likely his friends were looking for him, too.
"You'll be reunited again, don't worry. Whatever happened to bring you here, things will get better. And I'll do everything I can to help, I promise. My friends will, too. But first things first, I need you to drink this. It will help with your injuries." With that said, he handed the Hi Potion over to him.
